Looking for an Office Manager in a small but busy firm 44k to 50k plus super.
Job Description:
Organise and supervise all of the administrative activities that facilitate
the smooth running of an office.
Daily Activities include but not limited to:
-Managing, delegating and overseeing tasks and duties to 3 staff members including;
receiving incoming mail,
provision of service, information and answers to customer queries,
updating and innovating Office Procedure Manual,
filing and maintaining Company data,
-Training, instructing and educating other staff members in administration
and IT skills relating to above activities.
-Liaising with both senior and junior staff regarding special duties including
Large Scale Order Processing, Website Presentations and Quotations.
-Bookkeeping/ Payroll
Candidate should possess;
1. Skills in and in-depth knowledge of:
a) Trade
Businesses including or similar to Fulfilling Rewards and Corporate Incentive
Programs and Online retailing.
b) Accounting
c) SAP
Business One - Accounting Software
d) MYOB
- Payroll
e) Filezilla
f)
Card Scan
g) Adobe
Photoshop
h) Microsoft
Offices
2. The ability and aptitude to impart the above skills and knowledge to
other workers in an efficient, effective and accountable manner.
3. At least 3 years work experience in related field.
4. Tertiary degree in a relevant discipline.
5. Relevant Australian educational qualifications and work experience
