Training Coordinator - Mining - QLD

We represent a multi national premium client operating state of the art underground coal operations and associated works with a highly skilled crew of professional team players. As a credible Training Cordinator willing to stretch yourself to join this elite crew, you will be highly rewarded with a SUPERB PACKAGE + accommodation to reflect the importance and aim of this role - you will be working with a leading client in a company that promotes ongoing training and development.
As the Training Coordinator, your responsibility will lie in the coordination and assistance of site Trainers and Assessors working in the field, arranging and conducting inductions for site staff, identifying training needs and coordinating training programs to meet statutory and client requirements, updating of the database daily, and the conducting of toolbox presentations.
Reporting to the HSEC Superintendent, you will demonstrate a personal commitment of continuous improvement whilst ensuring the development of current on site staff and new starters.
Skills and experience required for Training Coordintor include:
As the Training Coordinator you will be an experienced trainer with previous experience within the mining industry. You will be hands on in your training approach while applying and maintaining streamlined training processes on site. To be successful in this position you will have completed your Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
