Gold Recruitment is currently seeking a hands on and proactive Recruitment Support officer / Sales Support / Resourcer to join their highly motivated and driven team. Gold Recruitment is responsible for sourcing and recruiting the best talent in the market. As a rapidly expanding Recruitment Consultancy business, an opportunity has arisen for a dedicated and committed Recruitment Resourcer to be involved in a variety of recruitment resourcing and administration responsibilities for this dynamic recruitment business.
Key accountabilities for the role include:
- Candidate resourcing including database search, update and management
- Prescreening candidates for interview and providing a shortlist of suitably qualified candidates
- Conduct reference checks on candidates as required
- Maintain strong candidate networks and referrals by using social media marketing
- Assist with all marketing activities for both candidates and clients
- Provide high level of administrative support to all team members
This is a high volume role, for this reason they seek someone who has persistence, can prioritise, strong verbal and written communication skills and has exceptional attention to detail. In addition you will have:
- Previous recruitment experience (highly regarded)
- Experience working in a busy, demanding environment
- Customer service experience - essential
- Intermediate computer skills in Word and Excel
