Project Coordinator


Roles and Responsibilities:

- Working as a part of the Project Management team to take responsibility for the project management of requests for products ensuring agreed commitments to the clients are met
- Ensure delivery time lines are met on a consistent basis
- Monitor and report on service order flows, escalating orders, disputes and complaints as required
- Accurate data entry

Skills required:

- Experience provisioning and delivering Data and IDSN products
- A high degree or verbal and written communication skills
- General understanding of IT products and services
- Customer focused attitude with a proven ability to meet product delivery targets
