We represent a multi national premium client operating state of the art underground coal operations and associated works with a highly skilled crew of professional team players. As a credible Environmental Superintendent willing to stretch yourself to join this elite crew, you will be highly rewarded with a SUPERB PACKAGE + bonus incentives to reflect the importance and aim of this role - to drive the environmental and sustainability aspect, establish and maintain effective environmental systems, standards and procedures, maximising the value of the mine.
Environmental Superintendent position details:
- implement, control, manage and review EMS
- develop and manage budgets for environmental management
- maintain strong working knowledge of environmental legislation implementing changes as necessary
- effective control and management of reporting requirements - government and corporate
- develop and maintain positive relationships with necessary external parties
Environmental Superintendent skills we need:
- high end Environmental Management skills - 3-5 yrs exp
- ideally mining industry exp - highly advantageous underground coal, construction exp encouraged
- tertiary qualification
- proven relationship development, exceptional communicator, diplomatic and proactive
- ability to lead, advise and coach
