Administration Assistant/part-time (IT/technical) Our Client is a global company at the forefront of automated inspection technology. As a member of Administration Team you will work at reception and assist the Office Manager. To succeed in this role you will need to have a broad range of skills and interests and flexible attitude. This is an exciting opportunity to be an integral part of a company that is using cutting-edge technology! Since our technology continues to change and grow, you will have multiple projects to work on and will always stay busy.
Responsibilities:
Assist Office Manager with his tasks divided into:
• General administrative duties
• Customer service
• Inventory duties (purchasing components, receiving orders, entering inventory into system, etc.)
• Accounts payable (entering invoices into system, working with OM on temporal audits, etc.)
• Quality Assurance (maintenance of electronic filing, format documents, work with team to complete QA documents)
• Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
• 2-3 years experience in an office setting
• Excellent computer skills
• IT / technical orientation
• Experience on the IT help desk position would be beneficial
• Intermediate to Advanced skills in Microsoft Office suite
• Excellent customer service manners
• Business or Administration certificate or diploma valued but not essential
• Australian citizenship or valid residence visa
