Technical Services Manager - Mine Planning - QLD

As a credible Technical Services Manager, are you willing to stretch yourself to join this elite crew? Your Technical knowledge will be highly rewarded with a SUPERB PACKAGE + bonus incentives to reflect the importance and aim of this role - to provide technical expertise and advice on the gas drainage and ventilation systems and planning services of the mine.
Technical Services Manager position details:
- provide professional and technical advice and support on underground mine planning
- oversee and coordinate gas drainage, ventilation and planning services
- develop high performance culture, delegate, coach and performance manage
- effective control and management of cost budget and actions plan
Technical Services Manager skills we need:
- high end Technical skills - underground coal, 3 yrs similar role
- relevant tertiary qualification
- proven relationship development, exceptional communicator, diplomatic and proactive
- ability to lead, advise and coach
