Estimator job details:
- pricing commercial construction projects
- delivery of estimates / quotes to strong client base
- research, plan, estimate, prepare and tender of projects
- execute in a timely and efficient manner, strict attention to cost, contingency and risk planning
Estimator skills we need:
- Relevant tertiary qualification
- Ability to prepare detailed and accurate tender bids to $20m
- Solid consistent work history in contract estimating
- Exceptional communicator and relationship builder, tenacity to drive each tender
- Exceptional analytical skills
- Proficiency with TIMBERLINE software
